You are here because you either were sent this link, or saw it on a shirt, (or cup or sticker). Well, let me start with this.

I am Sheepdog Smokey, and I am not an expert, nor am I perfect. As the Bible says, "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23, and well, that's as simple a way as I can say it. From the moment, in Eden, when Adam and Eve chose to believe the lies and ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, sin entered the world, and separated us from our Creator.

Now, moving on, why did I build this, make the shirts, and why would I or anyone else walk around with a QR code pointing to some random person's website? The simple answer is that we, as believers, know that God mourned our fall in the Garden, and from that moemnt on, He gave us a way to reconcile ourselves to Him, ultimately sending His son, Jesus, to preach, be betrayed, die, and rise from the grave. Tetelestai is the Greek for It Is Finished, the last words attributed to Christ on the cross. His sacrifice for our sins was finished with his death on the cross, and our path to redemption changed, from sacrifices made for us by a high priest, to simply placing our full faith and trust in Him, beginning the age of Grace.

So, how does someone gain this grace and savation? Simply put, ask for it, truthfully, honestly, and remorsefully repent of your sins, and ask for forgiveness. The Roman Road is something that I've heard talked about since I was a child. The letter written to the Roman church just as Christianity was beginning, in a very direct way, lays out the path to salvation. The link above shows it very well, and I would recommend looking at it. I've also linked three amazing pastors below, Dr. David Jeremiah, Dr. Robert Jefress, and Jack Hibbs, any of them are a far better source than I am, as they have spent far more time studying the Word, and well, they're a bit more eloquent than I am as well.

Finally, you may hear people tell you that you "need to be" or "must be" baptized, and I will not tell you not to do so. Christ himself was baptized by John the Baptist, and once raised from the water, a dove descended, God declaring Christ to be his son, in whom He (God) is most proud. But this is not because you must go through a ritual baptism in order for the "savlation to stick." Rather, this is your public statement that you have chose to follow Christ, your proclamation that He is your Lord and Savior. Christ said that if you deny Him, He will deny you. I understand that some people aren't able to be baptized before they pass, either due to illness or injury, or they just don't have a Church home where they can, before they leave this world. But again, the physical act of being submerged and brought back up is not the core of my message here, the core is to ensure you do not deny Christ. Publicly exercise your faith, tell the world. The Great Commission tells us to Go ye therefore and teach all nations. Again, simply put, we are commanded to tell the world about Christ.

In the days of the Disciples after Christ's ascension, they literally walked, or otherwise traveled, to tell people. They wrote letters which eventually became our Bible. Today? We can "go ye therefore" from our own homes. I am active on TikTok and YouTube and well, as long as I'm not banned, I will remain such. Some of my content is about my faith, some about politics, some about gaming, some about cooking, and some falls well outside any pattern. We know, however, that the world is going to get much, much darker before Christ returns, we were told this in Revelation. If you don't have a Bible, get one, they aren't expensive, and while the language isn't "easy to read" I would recommend the King James Version. Read it regularly, study it, and ask questions. God knows we are imperfect beings, and He knows we will not just magically understand all we need to understand from just reading. Many people, again like those linked below, are amazing in their ability to make connections and more, and there are more than just those three, so ask questions, study, and learn and grow in your faith.

To close all of this down, as it's getting a bit long winded, Email Me and if I can answer I will, if I can't, I'll find someone who can. And of course, if a link doesn't work or some such with the website, let me know that too. I pray for all of my fellow people on this planet, that God will make Himself known to them, that He will draw them to Himself, and well, beyond praying, I refuse to hide my faith, as I know that God works through His children, such as myself, to do just that. May God bless you, may He keep you safe, and may I see you in paradise in the upcoming chapter of human history, in Heaven.

FBC Dallas - Doctor Robert Jefress

These two stations offer a mobile app, and both are amazing as a source not only for good music, music which will reassure and lift you up, but also helping in the community, and providing great learning options. I would highly recommend both. KLTY is a more "mainstream" radio station, while KCBI offers broadcasts of people like Dr. Jeremiah and others, and broadcasts Dr. Jeffress' Church service each Sunday. Just remember both are in DFW Tx, so they are on Central time.
